How we use AI
We use AI to answer your questions faster and to take the busywork out of getting your case started. Here is exactly what it does, what it never does, and what happens with what you share.
How we use AI
This page uses an AI assistant in two places. The chat window in the corner answers general questions about Florida probate and partition, and the intake form uses AI to help organize the details you give us about your situation.
Both are there to save you time. Neither one replaces talking to a lawyer.
It is not legal advice
Anything the assistant tells you is general information, not legal advice about your case. Using the chat, filling out the form, or reading this page does not create an attorney-client relationship with Blue Line Law Firm.
Your situation has facts the assistant does not know. Treat what it says as background, and let us give you the answer that applies to you.
A human reviews every case
An attorney at the firm reviews every intake that comes through this page. AI never decides whether we take a case, and it never sets strategy.
When you submit the form, a real person from the firm reads it and follows up with you.
Nothing AI writes gets filed
We use AI for intake and for answering general questions. We do not file AI-generated legal documents with a court, and we do not send AI-written correspondence out as legal advice.
Court filings and legal work product are prepared and reviewed by the firm.
What we keep
Chat transcripts are stored along with your case record so the team can see what you already told us and you do not have to repeat yourself.
Because of that, please do not type anything into the chat that you would not want stored — and if something is sensitive, save it for your call with the attorney.
Questions about any of this?
Ask us directly. You can call the firm, or start your case and we will walk you through it on your discovery call.
This page is general information, not legal advice. Reading it or contacting the firm does not create an attorney-client relationship.
